Masala Eggs


  • 2 Al Jazira "Golden Eggs "
  • 1 Onion chopped finely
  • 1 Tomato chopped finely
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala (optional)
  • Oil
  • Pita Bread (optional)


  • Heat some oil and fry onions and green chillies. When onions are kind brown, add tomatoes to it. Add all masalas to it. The optional masalas are for it you like your food spicy and more tasty.
  • Cook the whole mixture for about 5-6 minutes.
  • Now break the eggs and beat them nicely. Add some salt to eggs and make simple chappati sized omlettes. When the omlettes are cooked remove them in a dish and put the onion and tomato mixture on one side and fold it. It is ready to eat.
  • You can go one step further. Heat pita bread in microwave oven for like 3 minutes. Put the onion tomato mixture on omlette only on one side and fold it and stuff it in pita bread.
